Short-term Psychotherapy
People come to therapy when they are ready for change. Your therapy time is for you to express yourself in whatever way you feel comfortable. I take an active and supportive role in the conversations we have together.
Developing awareness in these areas can result in improved relationships, less anxiety, and increased feelings of satisfaction.
Clients come to see me for help with some of the following issues: Stress, depression, feelings of dissatisfaction, anxiety, decisions regarding relationships or jobs, worry about the future, conflict with family, illness, anger, grief, loneliness, and communication problems. Taking that first step to contact me is a very important step towards change and growth.
