I often meet with people when they are feeling stuck or unhappy about something or some relationship in their life. Taking that first step to contact me is a very important step towards change and growth.

Our first meeting will be a time for us both to get to know each other. We will talk about what brings you to see me and I will ask you some questions in order to get to know you better. This is also a good time for you to ask me anything about how I might be able to help you.

I usually see people for short-term talk therapy. It is my understanding that most of us are doing the best that we can within the situation we are dealing with. Psychotherapy sessions offer the time and space for you to express yourself in a safe and comfortable environment.
